TitleFred White with his wife Ellen White (nee Burt) and their familyDescriptionFred White was born in 1871 to parents Samuel White and Maria Snell. He married Ellen Burt on 30 June 1907. Ellen Burt was born on 15 December 1883 to parents George Juffs and Edith Burt. It was Ellen's second marriage. She had married John James Haggarty on 7 March 1900 and had three daughters and one son from that marriage. Ellen's first husband died on 28 November 1903. The White family lived at Ocean View. Fred and Ellen had one daughter and three sons. They are standing in the photograph closest to the parents (right hand side of the photograph). On 11 June 1915 property at Ocean View was registered in Fred White's name, being Resubdivision 2 of Subdivision 3 of Portion 96 Parish of Caboolture, containing an area of 545 acres. Fred and Ellen White, their daughter and her husband, and their sons and their wives are all buried in Dayboro Cemetery. Refer to MBPS-0003-045 for a photograph of Ellen's mother.
