Note that Esme Avenue has not been constructed. On the northern side of King Street is the Railway Station. Electrification of this line occurred in 1986. On the corner of King Street and Beerburrum Road is the Royal Hotel (Carmody's Hotel) which was demolished to make way for the new Office Tower at 33 King Street in 1996. Directly behind is the site for the new Caboolture Shire Council Administration Building which was opened in 1987. Directly behind is the site for the new Caboolture RSL Club at the corner of Hasking Street and Beerburrum Road which opened in 1996 and the original RSL Club located at the corner of East Street and Beerburrum Road. Further north along Beerburrum Road on the western side is St Peters School. Moving west along King Street on the southern side is the site for the Caboolture Park Shopping Centre. This is bordered by King Street and Elliott Street with a new link between Elliott Street and George Street. On the northern side of King Street is the Royal Hotel, then the old Caboolture Shire Council Chambers and next to that is the old Caboolture Fire Station. The carpark fronting Hasking Street is the site for the new multi level carpark which was opened in 1997. On the northern side of King Street and on the corner of George Street is the site for the War Veterans' Home. Further along George Street is the Caboolture State School. On the corner of George Street and Hasking Street is the site for the Department of Social Security building which was opened in 1991. On the corner of James Street and Matthew Terrace (which runs parallel to the railway line) is the site of the old Caboolture Picture Theatre.
