It was originally a 870 sq m block and has been subdivided and the house in the plans has been retained on the back of the block. There are 3 Lock families living in Margate but none of them have a first name starting with A. but there is a Harry Lock that lives at 59 McClulloch St Margate, which is almost across the road from the address we are looking at. Given that the name on the plans has the "A" overwritten with an "H", this may be the right person after all. Any other help or thoughts greatly accepted.
