Maureen Lawrance Park, Ferny Hills (Qld.)

Maureen Lawrance Park is named after the first life member of the Ferny Hills Progress Association, having given continuous service in many capacities since the reformation of the Association in 1969. The park adjoins the Progress Association's leased Wahminda Park which has been an ongoing community project for which Mrs Lawrance and many members have diligently worked. It comprises 5.8 ha.
