Albert's mother was Dorcas Biggs. The Biggs were a pioneering family who settled in Bunya. Albert listed George Biggs, Wongin Receiving Office, Bunya, as his next of kin when he enlisted on 1 February 1915 at Mackay. Albert was wounded in action in France and discharged 18 October 1917. Albert married Eva Annie Margaret Edgar in 1918 at Brisbane, they had four children. Albert is with his wife on the columbarium at Albany Creek.Birth date10 March 1892Death date11 October 1968
