Ernest's parents were James Hunt and Annie Kendrick. He was working as a labourer at Lawnton when he enlisted on 25 October 1915. He was killed in action, aged 26. Ernest's older brother Alfred [1789] enlisted as well, he returned home to Australia.Birth date15 August 1891Death date14 June 1917
