Frank's parents were James Coulthard and Mary Elizabeth Kreutzer. Frank is listed on the electoral rolls as living at North Pine in 1913. He listed his father as next of kin and living at Terrors Creek when he enlisted on 28 October 1916 at Cairns. Frank married Elizabeth Maud Lematy in 1916. He embarked from Sydney on board HMAT Wiltshire A18, 17 February 1917. He returned to Australia in 1919. After the war Frank and his wife settled at Mosman where he was working as a labourer on a cane farm. He died age 59.Birth date12 March 1892Death date08 November 1951
