Frederick was the son of James Frederick Dellit and Fredericka Charlotte Kropp, of Bracalba Station, Woodford, Queensland. He was single, working as a teamster and living with his parents at the time of his enlistment in August 1915. A younger brother, Walter [2980] also enlisted. After the war he married Ella May Ellen Laxton in 1922 and farmed at Delaney's Creek, Queensland, for a time.Birth date25 July 1897Death date27 January 1971
