Henry Archer King was the son of Henry King and Mary Horne who lived at Neurum, Kilcoy, Queensland. He was single and farming in Neurum when he enlisted in November 1916. After the war, he married Evelyn Myrtle Raaen in June 1921 and they lived at Neurum until about 1950.
