Albert George Robson was the son of Michael Robson and Hannah Davies who lived at Glenlea, Kilcoy. Albert was single, working as a stockman and living at Kilcoy at the time of his enlistment on 27 January 1916. He returned to Australia to be discharged as medically unfit after suffering trench fever in June 1918. Albert returned to Kilcoy and married Ruby Muriel Raddatz in September 1926.
