Norman Thompson was the son of William Henry Thompson and his wife Emily. He married Katherine Linsell in Wagga Wagga NSW, in 1915. Norman was working as a groom at Caboolture, Queensland, when he enlisted in August 1915. He was killed in action in August 1916.Death date11 August 1916
