Oliver Perkins Clark was born in Kent, England. His parents were John Clark and Margaret. Oliver married Elizabeth Margaret Pratt in England in 1911 and they had two children. The family arrived in Sydney, New South Wales, in 1912 and settled in Caboolture, Queensland. Oliver had previously seen Active Service in South Africa and was working as a fruiterer when he enlisted in May 1917. He was killed in action in France aged 40.Death date02 September 1918
