Buried: Redcliffe Cemetery, 7 November 1973 Percy's parents were Frank Frost and Sarah Ann Southwell. He was working as a grocer at Redcliffe at the time of his enlistment in 1916. Percy was captured in the Battle of Bullecourt in 1917 where he was wounded and taken to a German Prisoner of War camp. Following repatriation to Australia at war's end, Percy became one of Redcliffe's most well-known citizens. He married Violet Ashmole, daughter of Arthur Ashmole and Alice Cutts in 1922.
