Robert Gordon Kenneth was the son Robert Chaddock and Alice Bailey. He was 21 years, living in Caboolture, Queensland and working as a labourer when he enlisted in 1916. Robert had attended Caboolture State School. Whilst overseas he married Ethel Critchlow towards the end of 1917. Robert was killed in action in France in March 1918. A younger brother, Edmund Christopher [2036] also enlisted. After the war his widow Ethel married another Caboolture soldier, Richard John Collins [2113] in 1921.Birth date17 November 1894Death date29 March 1918
