Diana and Nora oral history interview
DETAILS
TitleDiana and Nora oral history interviewOverview
I had to call my sister but because of the difference in time it was really at night, Australian time and I called her and she is like 'what's going on?' 'Are you safe?' Is Mum OK? Do you need anything?' I was like we're fine, we just got the visa...and she started crying. - Diana
I was happy, crying, shaking and mixed feelings, so it was amazing when they say yes we are coming. - Nora
Sisters, Diana and Nora came to Australia from Syria separately after years of separation due to the war.
