It is now (1995) owned by George and Viola Turnbull (nee Wallin). The man in the cart is Harry Adsett who owned a property on what was the old highway situated 1 mile up from Burpengary Creek. The property was in the family until the early 1970s (Traditional Funerals occupied this land as of 1999).
