TitleDeception Bay Heritage Trail - Stop 4 - Mrs Bancroft's BathDescriptionThe Deception Bay Heritage Trail takes you back to the town's early days, when the seaside area was remote, roads were dusty and farm land was abundant. These photographs of the signs on each point of the trail were taken 6 November 2021.

Several (not all) stops feature distinctive markers. They were erected as part of the original trail and offer additional story content. The markers were designed by artists, Paul Johnson and Gail Mason who drew inspiration from the mangrove tree, and from the unique rock patterns seen at Stop 1 on the trail.

Stop 4. Mrs Bancroft's bath. This stop is actually in the location of the cannery. Access to Mrs Bancroft's Bath is accessed more directly from stop 5.
