This house was one of the first houses in Petrie and could be at least 80-100 years old. It has had 3 additions to it. This house was lived in by the King family. The butcher shop was located at the front of the cottage where the car park is now. Photograph shows a side view of the house with a discarded refrigerator and washing machine and also wheelie bin against the side of the house. Part of backyard is also visible in the photograph.
