TitleTerrors Creek (Dayboro), 1901DescriptionView looking west across the Terrors Creek Bridge along what is now Williams Street. Dayboro's first hotel, licensed by James Kincaid Berry as the Crown Hotel from 1892, can be seen near the top left of the photograph. The creamery can be seen on the left hand side near Terrors Creek. Milk brought in by local dairy farmers was processed into cream which was then carted to the Samsonvale Butter Factory. On the right hand side, a bullock team can be seen hauling logs into the new timber mill (opened around 1900). The Old Plumber's Shop stands near the site of the first mill house to the left of the mill near Terrors Creek. The Dayboro Swimming Pool stands near the site of the sawmill.
