Camden Park, Arana Hills (Qld.)

In 1957 the Patrick family with Sydney based real estate agents Willmore and Randell Pty Limited, were the first largest subdivider with the Pine Shire. The 185 acres were surveyed into 777 allotments with dividing roads. Mr Willmore used district names familiar to his New South Wales home to label the 16 internal streets of the Camden Park estate. The Place Names Board agreed to agree to Camden Park name on 13 August 1962
