David Hopkins Park, Bray Park (Qld.)

David Hopkins lived in Pine Rivers district for 40 years. He was a member of the Lions Club for 35 years and contributed to community projects. Oversaw the building of Youth Emergency Accommodation Centre, also served on board of Neighbour Centre, voluntary driver with Community Assisted Transport, member of National Serviceman's Association Pine Rivers. He received the Australian Federation Medal for volunteer service to the community in 2002. David Hopkins died in January 2010.
