Pask Park was named for Neville John Pask who was born in Gympie in 1930. In 1967 he moved to Redcliffe with his family to the Kosy Korner Caravan Park on the corner of Anzac Avenue and John Street, and purchased Evans Real Estate Agency which operated from a small shop on that corner. As the principal of Arcadia Homes he also ran a building operation and was responsible for the development of many house and land packages in the area. Pask Park is situated in one of the Pask developments. -- Redcliffe : Looking at the landscape by Pat Gee acknowledging the work of Jack Stapleton and Pat Fields
