NameTom Wallace Park, Scarborough (Qld.)Information
Tom Wallace Park was named for Thomas James Wallace who was born in Brisbane in 1920. He married and had three children. In 1941 he joined the AIF and served in New Guinea. He was a president of the Redcliffe RSL, was elected to Council in 1967 and served three terms to 1976.
