Launched in 1989, the fragrance is named after Elizabeth Arden’s flagship Red Door Spa on Fifth Avenue, New York. Opened in 1910, this salon became a symbol of luxury and high-quality beauty treatments. The red door became an icon, the colour having been chosen to catch people’s attention.
