Suggest an Edit

To suggest a correction or addition to a record, click the Suggest an edit icon 
Add as much information as you can and select Save. Your suggestion will be reviewed by our staff with 10 working days. You can choose to be notified when the suggestion is actioned. 

You can also select the Contact Us  icon to email us about a record. 

Correct an OCR or Transcription Error

Choose the Text format you wish to update. Select the Edit option to make changes to OCR, Text or Transcriptions for a document. 

Why can't I save my edits to OCR or Transcription text?

When editing OCR text you may receive the following error:

    

This is due to a security feature, review your edits and remove any special characters if possible. Alternatively, please contact us about the item to make the edit, or if you would like to engage in an extended editing project contact us to discuss enabling access.
