TitleCaboolture Historical Village - Maritime and Transport MuseumDescriptionCaboolture Historical Village in Beerburrum Road Caboolture. Maritime and Transport Museum. This building was constructed from rammed earth in 1990. It took almost three months to complete and used some 37 metres of local subsoil. The earth walls were reinforced by wire netting and barbed wire. The construction was supervised by Mr Jeff Male. The building now (1997) houses the scale models of the First Fleet built by Mr Les Paradzik of Burpengary. The models were Mr Paradzik's contribution to Australia's Bicentennial Celebrations in 1988.
