This church was originally dedicated on 12 May 1889 by Bishop Webber when it was situated on the northwest corner of the intersection of George Street and King Street Caboolture. It was later moved to 66 King Street Caboolture. The church was then dismantled in the 1980s and brought to the village and reconstructed by volunteers. A list of Vicars and Rectors from 1889 to 1989 are located near the entrance of the church.
