This photograph shows the extensive restoration that has taken place with work completed to the concrete weather shield over the window to the toilet (located to the left of the photograph) and with the concrete weather shield over the window to the workshop still to be restored (located to the right of the entrance). Note the cable exposed in the sand dunes on the right hand side of the photograph. This cable entered the building just near the front window (southern side of the building). There were also cables running from the Plotting Room (where the long observation slit window is located). This cable ran from the bottom of the front wall towards the beach.
