Suffolk in November 1913, (file notation 12.3022).

According to the registry the first Lagoon Creek boiler was placed in service on 6 February 1901 (ex 6D10 class locomotive), this boiler would appear to be the shell currently being worked on by Friends of Lagoon Creek. In 1902 this boiler was replaced by a 6 HP vertical boiler. The vertical boiler was noted as giving considerable trouble and subsequently sent to Ipswich workshops. The original boiler was then reinstated, running on reduced pressure, in what was described as a new location. The boiler life was extended post examination in 1910 for two years. In 1912 the boiler was replaced with an ex B15 (309) Walkers Ltd of Maryborough. The boiler was then sold, and subsequently stripped of any non-ferrous materials.

At a later period, the boiler shell was tipped into Lagoon Creek.
