Councillor of Pine Rivers, Robert Thomas Brock of Leis Parade Lawnton. He was Pine Rivers Shire's first State Emergency Service controller from April 1977. In the 1979 Pine Rivers Council election, Bob Brock campaigned with the Liberal Party team when he obtained the highest number of votes to represent Division Two. He lost his seat in the 1982 election
